365 Response has recently submitted the annual upload of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit hosted by NHS Digital. The online digital assessment tool ensures that any organisation with access to NHS patient data handles it correctly and practices good data security.
The online assessment allows organisations to measure their performance against the NHS Data Guardian’s 10 Security Standards. Once completed, organisations are rated on their performance and we are proud to say this year we have been rated as ‘exceeded standards’.
As part of the assessment for the NHS Digital Data Standards, all employees must complete Data Security Training. As we have recently seen a vast expansion, this means all 60 members of our team were required to complete the training which asked numerous questions around data security and protection of information.
It is of the highest priority for us to establish complete transparency of information and ensure that all our clients have total confidence that we treat every piece of data with the utmost integrity. Excelling in these assessments is not only excellent news for us, but also for our partners and our customers.
Liz Wymer, Head of Quality and Compliance at 365 Response commented, “Together with our compliance and certification to ISO27001, Information Management Security and certifications to Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, 365 Response remains Best in Class for data security and protection.”
“We will never compromise on data security or the integrity of our systems and processes. We plan to always exceed expectations and we believe this is demonstrated by our commitment to maintaining superior levels of data security management.”
