365 Response Ltd is proud to be working on a long-term basis with Community Transport Glasgow (CTG) supporting them to transform the way they deliver services to people in Glasgow. They became a 365 Smart Platform customer at the beginning of 2019 and now use it extensively to help support the effective management of community, special educational needs and patient transport services. This formed part of a broader transformation which has seen CTG lead the way in Scotland and the UK on green/environmental change. During February they launched a new fleet of electric vehicles.
Glasgow’s first ever all-electric minibuses will be used to support vulnerable, disadvantaged and elderly people across the city to access vital appointments, schools and community activities. Community Transport Glasgow, working in partnership with Glasgow City Council, will manage these social transport buses via 365 Smart Platform Community Transport Solution – making it Scotland’s first community transport service with an all-electric fleet.
