At 365 Response, we want to connect schools, Councils, families and transport providers to improve Home to School transport and ensure safe travel for children.

We understand the issues faced when organising Home to School Transport using paper and spreadsheets and have created a solution to the daily challenges faced by schools, Councils, parents, carers and transport providers.

Improved Communications

A key concern for school staff and teachers is the basic requirement to know where children are, on their journey to and from school. The 365 Smart Platform uses secure Apps to give complete visibility at the touch of a button.

Using role-based permissions, parents, schools and Councils are able to access location information at any time. The Parent App gives carers and guardians the information that they need to keep track of their children whilst on their routes to and from school, therefore drastically reducing the calls between schools and transport providers. Schools and parents are assured of the safety and location of their child, reducing anxiety, and promoting confidence.

We understand that the safety and security of children is paramount, that is why the 365 Smart Platform features a full compliance and risk management module.

At a glance, schools can see the level of compliance for each driver, vehicle and passenger assistant. Drivers are required to complete a comprehensive vehicle check before they can begin their shift.
