At 365 Response we’re hoping for a much brighter and positive 2021, as will many. One of the ways that we’ve chosen to do that is by partnering with Martin House; a hospice that provides care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

At the heart of what we do, is our company values, which promote ‘doing something good every day’ and ‘caring about what we do and say’. These guiding principles encourage every member of 365 Response to contribute to creating valuable and lasting change for those that need it most.

Sarah Fatchett, 365 Response’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, was eager to work with a charity that supported children with special needs, and their families.

“Living with a child or family member that has special needs or life-limiting conditions and accessing the support that you need, can be very challenging. 365 Response was born out of painful moments that ultimately led to us creating a business to give people better access to the support that they need, at the time that they need it.

“We work closely with Councils and schools to provide better systems for Home to School transport, in particular for those children with special educational needs, and it is our goal to improve this process for families and guardians. It, therefore, seemed very fitting that we support a charity that is close to our hearts and provides that support close to the home of 365 Response, in West Yorkshire.”

As a business, we invest heavily in talented people to help us to create solutions that allow public sector transport to catch up and exceed the innovations that we see in the private sector. Following a large investment last year from the Business Growth Fund, we have introduced a number of people to our business to help us to achieve great things in 2021. One of those people is Jennie Lucas, who is our dedicated consultant, ensuring that we bring meaningful solutions to those with visible and invisible disabilities.

Throughout 2021, we will continue to invest in our people and our services, and we’re really happy to announce that our investment will now include working with Martin House to donate to their great work. We will give updates throughout the year of the various ways that we supporting this brilliant charity.
