At 365 Response we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of cyber security and we do this by regularly testing and assessing our systems. We work closely with CfA (Centre for Assessment) to undergo strict, external reviews of our processes and procedures, along with rigorous auditing to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.
It is our aim to maintain industry standards which is why we continuously maintain our ISO and Cyber Essentials certifications. We provide robust, best in class solutions that offer complete peace of mind for our clients.
Cyber Essentials is a government backed, industry supported scheme that is essential for any organisation responsible for the transfer of public sector identifiable information. The scheme is designed to promote good security practices addressing common cyber threats and minimising risks. We have held this certification for four years, and last year as a further demonstration of our commitment, we became certified to Cyber Essentials Plus.
This additional certification includes an external audit of rigorous testing to confirm that our cyber security systems are not vulnerable to hacking and phishing attacks. We’re proud to have upheld this certification for the second year and believe this shows our dedication to maintaining the highest levels of cyber security.
Providing robust, best in class solutions is at the heart of what we do and we pride ourselves on operating in a transparent, compliant way, maintaining high levels of customer service and support. Our compliance teams work hard to continually challenge and improve our ways of working to offer the best solutions for our growing customer base.
A key component of our cyber security strategy is continuously assessing risks and operating a best practice standard organisation wide. In order to maintain operational integrity, we conduct regular internal audits and give expert training to all team members.
Our dedication to globally recognised standards also includes certification to ISO 9001, which ensures our Quality Management System is robust, and that our operational procedures meet or exceed recognised industry standards.
ISO 9001 can be used in any organisation for laying out the criteria of a quality management system. It is widely used around the world and over 1 million organisations are currently certified to it.
The principles on which the standard is based include strong customer focus, a process approach, continual improvement and the motivation and implication of top management.
We believe that adhering to this certification shows our dedication to providing consistent, good quality products and services for our customers.
Further to our quality management certifications, we also place a heavy focus on meeting these widely recognised standards for information security management systems.
ISO 27001 standards help demonstrate our commitment to maintaining best practice when managing the security of assets such as employee and client information, financial information and intellectual property.
This certification is used by many organisations around the world and represents a large undertaking by our teams, to give total confidence in the security of our systems.
