Our Company Values

Our shared company values influence every decision we make as a team.

Easy to remember, our ‘ABCD’ values are our guiding principles and they encourage every member of 365 Response to contribute to creating valuable and lasting change within the most vulnerable communities.

We are always learning, embracing our bravery and boldness, caring about what we say and do, and trying to do something good every day, ensuring that everything we hold dear feeds right back into our award-winning software and the communities we’re honoured to serve.

Always Learning

There is always more to learn, which is why we are continuously expanding our knowledge base. Our senior management team has a wealth of experience in patient transport. Sarah Fatchett, our Founder, has over 20 years of operational experience within the ambulance service, including her role as Chief Operating Officer for Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

We have a dedicated research and development lab through our association with the Cognitive Sciences Division of the Alliance Manchester Business School, which includes world-leading research into Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms to build on and augment our already best-in-class tools. Combining the collective wealth of knowledge within the company allows us to infuse this information into every piece of the software.

Be Brave and Bold

As a company, we’re not afraid of making mistakes, which allows us to be fast and agile in the delivery of our products. The lesson, Sarah explains, is that it doesn’t matter how many resources you throw at things, you have to expect some bumps along the way. Be prepared to accept them and adjust your response, because that is how you grow. This is why we were the first to develop a transport app for people requiring renal replacement therapy; the first to create a true digital marketplace for real-time procurement of health and social care transport services; and the first to build an end-to-end cloud-based platform for health and social care transport providers.

Our entire team has a can-do attitude and a relentless desire to improve, inspired by Sarah Fatchett, a female founder in an industry that hasn’t always embraced the talents of women. Winning multiple rounds of funding through Innovate UK and the Business Growth Fund, securing the crown for the Business Cloud’s ‘Yorkshire & Humberside Tech 50,’ and being shortlisted as a finalist for the HSJ Partnership Awards 2021, are just some of the ways that Sarah leads us by example.

Care About What You Say and Do

365 Response is a company that prides itself on dispelling negative environments and toxic cultures. Respecting one another is paramount, especially because our very mission is to provide better care services for those who need it the most. We truly care about the communities that we work with, and we are always looking for innovative ways in which we can better people’s lives with access to transport.

“What good have I done today?” This is the question we’re asked to keep in the back of our minds. How can we better serve ourselves and those around us? Keen to lead by example, Sarah has commissioned an employee assistance programme provided by Health Assured. This is an anonymous application that allows all staff and their families to access 24/7 mental health support. Additionally, Sarah chairs a regular mental health meeting amongst senior management to discuss how best to help employees lead happier and healthier lives, which is also our aim within our software.

Do Something Good Every Day

The work we do at 365 Response means that we are fortunately able to do something good every day. In 2019, we began working with NHS England Specialised Commissioning to provide Specialist Transport Call Handling support for the delivery of critical care to sick neonates, children and adults in the East Midlands. In April of 2020, this support was extended to include Adult Critical Care. The additional service was set up in just a matter of days to support the huge increase in activity and movement of critically ill patients to specialist hospitals, as a result of Covid-19.

We are able to provide a 24/7 mental health booking line, courier services for medication, clothing or equipment, and our Home to School transport software aims to provide an end-to-end solution that benefits Local Authorities, transport providers and service users. Whether it be a Macmillan coffee morning, partnering with Martin House for their fundraising efforts, or replacing Secret Santa with foodbank collections for vulnerable members of our community, we are always striving to infuse more good into every day.

Our Latest Case Studies

“These values mean a lot to me, and they hopefully mean something to you. ‘Always learning,’ because I don’t want us to ever stop learning. ‘Be brave and bold,' because good or bad, we always learn from it.

‘Care about what you say and do,’ because our culture and mission mean we must, and lastly, ‘do something good every day,’ for yourself or others, no matter how small.”
