365 Response is excited to be welcoming a new Associate Director next month, Chris Ackerman. Chris will bring over twenty years of experience in workforce and commercial management across public services and private sector organisations. Joining us on 7 September, Chris will lead the 365 Response eProcure team and will also be responsible for managing and developing our call centre services. Chris has extensive experience in call centre management, including all elements of resourcing, workforce planning and demand.
To date, Chris has enjoyed a wide and varied career, including serving as the Global Head of Accounts for Software Enterprises and previously working as the Business Intelligence Team Manager for Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
Announcing the appointment, Brendan Fatchett, Chief Commercial Officer, 365 Response said “we’re thrilled to have Chris joining us next month. Chris brings with him a wealth of public and private sector experience and a passion for challenging the status quo. Our aim is to disrupt school and patient transport, creating efficiencies through digital developments and we’re confident Chris will be a great asset to our business. We can’t wait for him to get started.”
Chris will play a key role in the strategic development of 365 Response, overseeing commercial partnerships and bringing valuable experience to further expand our solutions in new and existing markets. He will be working closely with all teams to advance our product development road map, striving to create lasting change in the transport software industry.
Ahead of joining, Chris shared “I’ve had a working relationship with 365 Response for many years and I’m excited to be joining them at such a pivotal time for the business. I’m looking forward to leading and developing the current services and using my experience to contribute to the Company’s ambitious growth plans.”
