We’re pleased to introduce our new Associate Commercial Director, Luke Pelling. Luke joins the 365 Response team at this exciting phase of growth, responsible for the strategic direction of the commercial team, tasked with expanding our growing customer base and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
Following our £3m investment from the Business Growth Fund, we have heavily invested in our Commercial Team in order to rapidly scale 365 Response and the award-winning software that is used by NHS Trusts, Local Authorities and Private Organisations.
Having previously worked with Brendan Fatchett, CCO, Luke is well placed to bring enthusiasm and tenacity to the Commercial team. Luke spoke of his excitement about joining 365 Response;
“I’m a firm believer that nobody can achieve anything on their own. I plan to first build a dynamic team with a blend of personalities, and then it will be my expectation that we will achieve great things and deliver on the target set out by the Board, following our recent BGF investment.”
Luke is no stranger to hard work, having previously been in the army, serving two tours of Afghanistan as a Royal Engineer. Bringing with him a wealth of healthcare experience and a thirst for knowledge, we are confident that Luke will drive the Commercial Team forward to providing world-class service and our award-winning software to Local Authorities, the NHS and private sector organisations.
Brendan Fatchett, CCO commented “I’m excited to have Luke on board. I’m confident that he is going to drive the team to success, and I have ambitious expectations that we will see the 365 Smart Platform in even more councils and NHS Trusts by next year. We have lots of exciting projects happening at the moment and we’re really pleased to be building a team of strong leaders, to project us forward into this next phase of growth for 365 Response.”
