We’re proud to share that we have once again been certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards. The standard, which is based on a number of quality management principles, is globally recognised and used by over one million organisations in over 170 countries.
The main principles of ISO 9001 include a strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
It is our goal to not only meet, but to exceed recognised industry standards in all aspects of our work at 365 Response, and we are committed to providing consistent, world-class services to our public and private sector customers.
As part of our annual process, we recently took part in an external audit of our Quality Management Systems with CfA, the Centre for Assessment. As have many organisations, we have had to adapt to this new way of working and therefore took part in virtual audits facilitated by Mircosoft Teams. We are proud to share that our whole team was well prepared and provided a great example of the hard work and dedication we offer to our customers.
Liz Wymer, Head of Quality & Compliance at 365 Response commented,
“Maintaining a high level of quality management in all that we do at 365 Response is a team effort and requires hard work and dedication from everyone. We are committed to ensuring we have robust protocols and comprehensive training in place to make sure we not only maintain but continuously improve on our systems – the key to this is keeping excellent communication with our staff and promoting an environment where all employees can contribute to the overall success of the business.”
As we head towards the end of 2020, we are now preparing for re-certification to ISO 27001 Security Management Systems. These standards help us to demonstrate our complete commitment to maintaining best practice in security management of all employee and client information.
In addition to these important standards, we commit to annual Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications, demonstrating our dedication to cybersecurity practices around the transfer of public sector identifiable information.
