We’re incredibly proud to share that we have passed our external surveillance audit to the widely recognised standards for information security management systems, ISO 27001.
December was a busy month at 365 Response as we prepared for the annual external audit which scrutinises our information security management systems and ensures that we are continuing to provide the highest levels of data security for our clients and staff.
ISO 27001 standards help us to demonstrate our commitment to maintaining best practice and exceeding expectations, giving clients total confidence in our systems.
Once again, the audit was undertaken virtually, facilitated by Microsoft Teams. Liz Wymer, Head of Quality & Compliance at 365 Response commented,
