The ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in its class that an organisation can be certified to.
As a company that works to the seven quality management principles (QMP), namely: Customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management, this certification clearly depicts how 365 Response is continuously establishing and retaining customer confidence.
In preparation for the ISO 9001 certification, the 365 Response team has undertaken in-depth internal audits to understand and apply the quality management principles and has put in significant efforts to prepare for the ISO 9001 certification. The team ensures the principles set out in the standard are always applied to all aspects of working, which ultimately benefit clients and suppliers with a high quality of service.
