365 Response is thrilled to share that we have once again, been certified to both Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cyber security, we have undertaken our annual Cyber Essentials assessments.
Cyber Essentials is a government backed, industry supported scheme that is essential for any organisation responsible for the transfer of public sector identifiable information. The scheme is designed to promote good security practices addressing common cyber threats and minimising risks. We have held this certification for four years, and last year as a further demonstration of our commitment, we became certified to Cyber Essentials Plus.
This additional certification includes an external audit of rigorous testing to confirm that our cyber security systems are not vulnerable to hacking and phishing attacks. We’re proud to have upheld this certification for the second year and believe this shows our dedication to maintaining the highest levels of cyber security.
Providing robust, best in class solutions is at the heart of what we do and we pride ourselves on operating in a transparent, compliant way, maintaining high levels of customer service and support. Our compliance teams work hard to continually challenge and improve our ways of working to offer the best solutions for our growing customer base.
Liz Wymer, Compliance Manager, “we’re committed to maintaining superior levels of cyber security and proud to be able to demonstrate this with our Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications. Information security is our top priority and these certifications form part of our wider compliance strategy, which includes strict adherence to and maintaining ISO 27001 Information Security Management standards.”
A key component of our cyber security strategy is continuously assessing risks and operating a best practice standard organisation wide. In order to maintain operational integrity, we conduct regular internal audits and give expert training to all team members.
Our dedication to globally recognised standards also includes certification to ISO 9001, which ensures our Quality Management System is robust and that our systems and operational procedures meet or exceed recognised industry standards.
Sarah Fatchett, CEO, “providing our customers and staff with reassurance and confidence that we will handle all data with complete integrity is of great importance to us. We work hard to constantly challenge our ways of working and evolve as necessary with the changing landscape of information security.”
“We’re delighted to be able to demonstrate our commitment through these important certifications and with our ongoing dedication to our comprehensive compliance strategy.”
