365 Response has continued and expanded its support for frontline services throughout Coronavirus, providing a significant increase in the compliant procurement of patient transport and taxi services through its digital procurement platform.
The multi award winning 365 eProcure service is a tool that provides a fully integrated marketplace for transport for the NHS and Councils. Designed in collaboration with several public sector organisations, including NHS LPP, North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, and Wales Ambulance NHS Trust, this innovative solution delivers software that supports dynamic OJEU compliant marketplaces.
The platform is being used by public sector organisations across the UK, and allows users to instantly purchase services for ambulances, courier and taxi; bringing together governance, purchasing, booking and invoicing for patient transport, all in one place. The 365 built software allows the awarding authorities a simple and effective way of buying compliant services while retaining full control.
Throughout these uncertain times that have placed increased demand on our NHS, we have largely stepped up our service to provide additional support where it is needed most. We’ve supported North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust with their procurement which has seen a significant increase in demand. Our teams have been working hard to source and onboard as many compliant suppliers as possible, to ensure the shift increase and volume of vehicles required is accommodated. We have worked to secure hundreds of additional vehicles per day and new providers to manage the increase in ad-hoc work as well as covering extra shifts.
Richard Morris, PTS Business Manager, North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, “during COVID19, 365 Response played an invaluable role in coordinating new ambulance providers for inspection. The pre-inspection liaison, and then for successful providers managing the setup took a lot of pressure from us and was very much appreciated.”
We’re extremely aware that there is a high pressure on organisations to manage the requirement for the safe and secure transport of patients and users with the highest levels of compliance, at a reasonable cost. We have not only been supporting NHS organisations to procure these services, we have also been undertaking site inspections and assessments to onboard a vast array of local suppliers, giving trusts a selection of providers to choose from. As part of this process we work with organisations to perform a gap analysis, identifying areas with little coverage or a requirement for greater levels of compliance and we provide this through our eProcure platform.
Sarah Fatchett, 365 Response Founder, “we launched the 365 Smart Platform to provide an efficient solution to improve performance for vital services and create valuable efficiency savings. We recognise that this is more important now than ever, at a time when our emergency services are challenged. We work closely with many healthcare organisations to gain constructive feedback and provide useful, user friendly solutions that we’re proud to say, support our great NHS.”
