Over here at 365 Response, we love certifications and standards because they’re widely recognised ways of sharing with our customers that we take data and security seriously.
If you’ve had a look around our website or read our news articles before, you’ll know that each year (and each day) we work hard to ensure all of our policies and processes are in line with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Cyber Security, Cyber Security Plus and the NHS Digital Data Security and Protection Toolkit. We know, it’s a lot!
Over the past year we have been very fortunate to have grown significantly, and with that growth has come the need to raise our standards once more. This month we have appointed a group of ISO Champions, collectively made up of members from every single team within our business.
The ISO Champions will take on the responsibility of managing the necessary ISO work in their respective departments, ensuring we remain completely committed to our promise to our customers and each other – to have the highest level of compliance and integrity in all aspects of safety and security.
This new super team will meet monthly to discuss processes, accountability and responsibility, completing departmental actions and raising suggestions for driving further improvements.

This new group of ISO Champions is another way of holding ourselves accountable and driving continuous improvements across our business.
