We are incredibly pleased to announce that both Sarah (our Founder and CPO) and Brendan (CEO) have been named one of the LDC’s Top 50 Business Leaders for 2021.
It’s non-stop excitement at 365 Response, as we gratefully navigate industry recognition and award nominations from our peers, whilst continuing to provide vital support to our customers managing winter pressures, the pandemic and beyond.
As the end of the year draws close, many of us are naturally in a state of reflection. From conception to reality, the core message behind 365 Response has always been to make difficult transport easy, and that focus has allowed us to continue scaling at pace and invest in the best across technology, people, and acquisitions. The Top 50 programme, which is supported by The Times and now in its fourth year, celebrates the inspiring leaders behind some of the UK’s most successful and fast-growing medium-sized firms. Despite the challenges of the last 18 months, the Top 50 received more than 600 nominations, with nominees hailing from every corner of the country, operating across a diverse range of sectors. Collectively, we all employ more than 9,500 people and contribute more than £1.2bn to the UK economy.
LDC’s John Garner shared:
“The last 18 months have presented challenges that none of us could have foreseen, but despite everything, it’s fantastic to see that so many business leaders have achieved remarkable things. Through their resourcefulness and resilience, this year’s Top 50 Most Ambitious Leaders prove that the flame of ambition is hard to extinguish. Congratulations to all those featured, and we look forward to seeing their continued success and impact, and contribution to the broader UK economy.”
Beginning 365 Response in 2012, Sarah’s aim was to use technology to help solve the issues identified with patients not getting fast and adequate access to transport, sometimes resulting in severe health conditions, or even deaths that could have been prevented. Sarah created 365 Response alongside Brendan because they were driven by the desire to drastically improve these services and bring them into the digital age.
Sarah, discussing their Top 50 Placement, commented:
“We are absolutely delighted to have been included in the LDC’s Top 50 Business Leaders of 2021. Driving efficiency through technology, being brave and bold, and challenging the status quo have always been strong core values for us. We’re proud to have been recognised for our dedication to driving improvements for the NHS, Councils, and private organisations, and to stand alongside other innovative and forward-thinking business owners. We have some really exciting plans in the works for 365 Response, and clear goals for the future.”
The Times have also included 365 Response in an additional supplement, featuring businesses with a particularly strong purpose. Curious about the other 49? We don’t blame you.
