Throughout 2020 – despite the Covid-19 crisis – 365 Response has expanded its team to support rapid growth, as the UK becomes more focused on digital innovations, particularly in the area of computer aided dispatch.
365 Response works with regulated industries providing mission critical software to councils, healthcare organisations and private industries. The 365 Smart Platform provides a streamlined approach to home to school transport and patient transport systems and our eProcurement platform provides the only digital marketplace in the healthcare industry for procurement of patient transport services.
In order to support our clients and maintain high levels of service and innovation, we have recently appointed numerous positions within our fast growing organisation.
Laura Dean – Marketing Manager
Laura joins us to head up the marketing department, responsible for driving online improvements and producing new client case studies and documentation. As 365 Response expands, we’ll be sharing regular updates on our website and our LinkedIn profile, so give us a follow.
Alex Kelsall – Web Developer
Alex has joined us to deliver high standards of development to our 365 Smart Platform. Alex will support the rest of our Development Team in the testing and improvements of our computer aided transport software. He brings with him five years of .Net developer experience working with web applications and the delivery of business critical solutions in multiple sectors.
Richard Falkingham – Systems Tester
Richard joins us as a dedicated Systems Tester. Richard will be reviewing, testing and analysing our systems, ensuring the smooth running and quality of our software solutions.

In addition to these new appointments, we are also pleased to announce that we have recognised the great work of our teams and promoted two positions within our structure.
Jason Thompson, has recently become our Head of Development. Jason will now manage our development team and assist in the operational management of 365 Response development projects.
Laura Burrows has been promoted to our Head of 365 Smart Platform, managing customers and projects, whilst leading the team of Projects & Account Managers.
We’re pleased to be expanding and growing our teams, especially during such a time of uncertainty. As a small business, we have had to adapt to a new way of working in order to keep our teams and our customers safe. We are happy that this new normal has helped our staff to thrive.
