Rob is a commercially focused chartered accountant, who has spent the last five years investing in growth orientated businesses across Yorkshire and the North East. His role spans the investment life cycle from origination through to execution and portfolio management, working alongside the management team to help them achieve their goals.
With public and private board level experience, Brendan has led teams in healthcare and private organisations over the last 20 years. A naturally strategic leader. Brendan is also on the Board of several other fast-growing Digital healthcare businesses.
Dean has over 20 years of finance experience with senior positions held in the healthcare technology sector. Most recently Dean was CFO for a managed IT services provider and prior to that spent six years as Group Financial Controller for EMIS Group plc, the UK leader in connected healthcare software and systems. Dean lives in Harrogate with his young family and is a chartered accountant, having trained and qualified at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Richard leads the team at KL2 – providers of Meals2People Meals on Wheels service management software.
Richard works with the Development team at 365 Response to provide the well established solutions for digitalising meal delivery planning in Local Authorities and private organisations.

With an in-depth knowledge of the latest software development technologies and methodologies, Jason leads our team of Technical Architects in creating innovative architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide our large team of software developers and testers into building industry leading and award-winning software solutions.
Head of Marketing
Laura is responsible for the overall marketing at 365 Response. She brings ten years of marketing experience and collaborates closely with all teams to ensure a consistent approach to our brand and communications.
Laura works with clients to produce case studies, and prospective clients to understand market requirements and incorporate these into the 365 Response offering.
Luke leads the Sales Team, working to make difficult transport easy for our NHS, Local Authority and private customers.
Luke collaborates with all teams to provide the best possible experience for our new clients, whilst growing our customer base, in line with our rapid growth plans.
Corinne leads the eProcure Operations, Compliance and Specialist Call Handling teams to meet the demand of our national clients and support the NHS.
Corinne supports the teams and wider business in ensuring customer operations are effectively implemented and managed.
Jennie has a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked for numerous local councils within SEN transport and most recently working for the largest Local Authority in the UK, Birmingham City Council.
Jennie will be using her many years of experience working and running special education needs, mainstream, social care, and alternative provisions transport to advise and inform all software developments, and ensure an inclusive, beneficial, end-to-end solution for all.
Katie brings 10 years of experience working in the healthcare and the PTS sector to the Commercial Team.
She works with our new customers during their mobilisation and helps them to get the most out of the platform, once they transfer to our ‘Business as Usual’ status. Katie helps customers to manage their transport services more efficiently, driving process improvements and performance.
Reece is responsible for the growth of our clients through our Transport Management Platform. He has 2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with a core focus on connectivity and cloud environments.
Working closely with the Commercial team, Reece ensures that 365 Response continues to create positive experiences for new and existing clients.
