365 Response works with NHS organisations UK-wide to secure vital taxi services for transporting patients and goods on an adhoc and long term basis. Using an innovative digital platform, taxi providers greatly benefit from real-time notifications advising of journey requirements and the ability to quickly quote for and accept work from the NHS.
Why work with us?
Taxis are able to provide fast and efficient transport for patients and goods in the NHS, saving time and creating cost savings to improve patient care. This is an essential service that is in high demand and can offer transport providers high quality, regular, sustainable work.
Working with 365 Response, we offer a tailored service that partners you with a dedicated team, who are here to help you through the steps of becoming an approved supplier. Once set up on our digital eProcure platform, you can start to benefit from access to regular work, building lasting relationships that will help secure business in the long term.
How much does it cost?
There are no fees attached to being set up as an approved supplier, but you must meet the requirements as set out in the NHS SBS Framework for Care, Healthcare Logistics & Call Handling and you will soon be required to apply to the London Procurement Partnership to continue working with the NHS. We can support you through this process and our innovative system will help you to manage the necessary documentation and training requirements.
Once approved, you will be charged an activity-based fee that is significantly lower than those taken by private businesses that supply taxi services to the general public.
Who do we work with?
We work with a large number of NHS organisations throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Working with a variety of taxi suppliers and private ambulance providers, we are able to guarantee a competitive transport marketplace for the NHS. Being a flexible and reliable supplier will give critical support to the NHS and will increase the volume of business that you can receive on a regular basis, within your geographical remit.
Where possible, we work to make our taxi suppliers aware of further work in and around the geographical area that they cover, giving greater opportunities to increase revenue. You can visit our Testimonials page to see what our current customers have to say about the service.
