The dedicated call handling team already provide support to Trusts in need of help booking ad-hoc or extra-contractual mental health journeys, and this is now being expanded to respond to the increasing demand for complex out of area journeys.

The highly skilled team provide a fast and efficient service to Trusts who have a need for high dependency patient transport or repatriation. We understand that long-distance and complex out of area journeys can often be difficult to fulfil, and it is for this reason that we are offering this service free of charge to NHS Trusts.

Any NHS Trust or healthcare service in need of complex non-emergency patient transport services can call the dedicated phone number, or submit an online enquiry, and receive specialist transport support from our 24/7 team.
