Very thrilled for SmartPlatform by 365 Response to be highlighted as ‘innovation of the day’ in the AHSN NHS @70. This is a major achievement and we are literally seeing flow, spend, efficiency, governance and experience (staff and patient) rapidly improve. We used all our (too many to count) years of operational experience across health and care and ‘coded’ our knowledge into an end-to-end book, track and dispatch platform. A lot of systems we have used before have been designed by technologists without the deep ops experience. We wanted to change this and flipped this upside down. With the help from SBRI and NHSE we were given the funds to start from scratch and design a solution that works, in the cloud, with the newest technologies available. Now, any clinician, patient, LA or school can download the App and get tracking. We are literally converting GP practices, A&E teams, LA hubs, Bed Teams, Mental Health units and more into mini control rooms and booking, optimising, tracking people, users and things across care systems in one smart platform. We could not have done it without SBRI and we are forever grateful to have been selected from such a high value pool of companies and now, as the innovation of the day, in this major milestone year for the NHS.
