This month we’re pleased to announce that the 365 Response team has welcomed multiple members to our ever-expanding team. Following recent investment, we have grown substantially throughout the pandemic, doubling in size.
Our ambitious growth plan has brought a requirement for multiple new roles, which we have welcomed this month, beginning with our newest Director, Chris Ibbetson.
Chris Ibbetson joins us as Director of Development, having previously led a healthcare rota and workforce management software business, operating in the primary care sector. We’re excited to bring Chris’s experience to our thriving Development Team, working to drive significant product improvements and manage the day to day running of the teams.
Joining us in a new role, Nick Cheal is our Senior Account Manager. As our customer base continues to grow, we recognise the need for excellent account management to guide the customer experience and ensure each user of our software gets the full benefits. Nick has considerable experience in service delivery and project management, and we are confident that he will help many of our customers to realise the full potential of the 365 Transport Management System.
Finally, we have welcomed a new Head of Sales to our growing Commercial Team, Luke McMahon. Luke will be working to expand the 365 Response customer base, helping to bring substantial benefits to Local Authorities and NHS organisations, UK-wide.
