Branding and Expanding with 365 Response

We’ve had an exceptionally busy few weeks (months, or years) at 365 Response, and that time has included many exciting milestones. Achievements such as winning Large Business of the Year at the 2021 Wakefield Business Excellence Awards, expanding and achieving staggering organic growth, promoting new jobs, acquiring 2 businesses in Flexiroute and KL2, and now a brand-new head office!

Like many, 365 Response entered a hybrid approach to working once the government gave the initial go-ahead for less restricted movement. Acknowledging that the Covid-19 pandemic altered the world perception of in-person collaboration, we devised new ways of working that would better suit the team and the evolving climate. We needed something that was functional, but less plain – updated and ambitious. Within the world of work, the function and purpose of the office has continued to adapt and grow over time, and as a technology company driving a digital revolution in the provision of transport service, we’re not ones to shy away from bold changes – in fact, we actively embrace being brave and bold as one of our core values.

A layout that inspired collaboration as well as offering quiet moments for reflection was key, as the 365 Response Group of Companies has expanded to include an even wider range of transport management solutions. We now serve 200+ customers, safely assisting with 18 million journeys via our software, whether that include people, meals, or medical equipment.

Alongside these changes, we’ve recently added brand new signage and vinyl’s. These physical changes to our brand help showcase our growth, our company values, and the customers we’re honoured to serve, whether they’re in healthcare, education, or operate as a private organisation. In the entrance, a large and colourful reminder of our mission displayed proudly on the wall – Making Difficult Transport Easy.

Discussing the continued expansion of 365 Response and its positive business growth, Sarah Fatchett (Founder and CPO), shared:

With a brand-new space and way of working, we knew the office needed to better reflect the needs of our teams post-pandemic. We wanted to ensure it showcased our creativity, innovation, and passion, whilst providing the team with space to innovate, and space to breathe. We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work and contributions over the years and wanted to create somewhere that positively catered to their needs and work experience.”
