365 Response is this week, proud to announce that Chris Ackerman – formerly Associate Director of eProcure – will now take on the role of Director of Delivery & Implementation. In the short six months since Chris joined 365 Response, he has taken huge steps to drive business improvements and create valuable change. Heading up the NHS England Specialist Transport Call Handling team and the eProcure Digital Marketplace teams, Chris has worked in partnership with our customers to understand their needs and offer years of experience to provide outstanding service.
Associate Director of eProcure to the Directory of Delivery & Implementation
Since the appointment of Chris and key members of the team in 2020, 365 Response has doubled in size, going from just 30 people to 60. Much of this growth has been in the form of the eProcure team, who have benefitted from streamlined processes put in place by Chris. There is now a dedicated Compliance Team, working closely with all of our NHS Trusts and Transport Providers.
In addition to growing the eProcure team, Chris has been instrumental in the growth of key services and was responsible for the implementation of our 24/7 Mental Health Transport provision in October 2020. The demand for this service has quickly grown and we’re proud to be utilising our specialist transport call handling team to provide out of hours support to Trusts in need of mental health transport.
We recently received lovely feedback from Michaela Rossington, Patient Flow Coordinator at Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust, who shared:
“When we’re booking our transport, we have a number of other duties to do at the same time, so it could take us a couple of hours. By sending the work to 365 Response, I can get dedicated support and I know my requirements will usually be sorted within the hour, saving me time to focus on bed management and other important tasks.”
As part of this new role, Chris will be leading on the delivery and implementation of the 365 Smart Platform to our healthcare, Local Authority and enterprise customers. Working closely with Sarah Fatchett, CEO & Founder, and Head of 365 Smart Platform, Laura Burrows, Chris will be streamlining our customer onboarding process and providing vital support across all teams within the business. Sarah Fatchett commented on the appointment of Chris to this new role:
“I am delighted to have Chris step into this role, which will drive us forward as we continue to embark on our growth journey. Chris has brought with him a wealth of experience in workforce planning and commercial management, across healthcare and public sector organisations. We are really pleased to be able to capitalise on his experience and use it as an opportunity to learn from, and develop our profile further, to provide excellent support to our current and future customers.”
Chris Ackerman commented:
“In the short time I have been at 365 Response we have taken huge leaps forward in terms of our service and our people. I am excited to welcome this new challenge and lead the operational teams forward to this next stage for 365 Response.
We have set ourselves challenging goals, striving only for the best, and I plan to deliver them quickly, to provide more opportunities to develop the 365 Response offering.”
