St Helens Transport Software is the 365 Transport Management System

365 Response is pleased to announce that another Local Authority has joined the 365 Smart Platform to better plan, manage, book and track their transport requirements. St Helens Council underwent an update to their transport software at the end of 2020, and they began mobilisation to the 365 Smart Platform early this year.

The innovative transport management system will be used to manage a range of transportation services from the Council, including, school transport, the delivery of free school meals, health and community referrals such as hospital appointments and transfers, along with day care for the elderly.

Fiona Pilkington, discussing the changes to St Helens transport software and the added benefits, shared:

“We’re pleased to be working with 365 Response to introduce their 365 Smart Platform to streamline our transport processes. We run a number of services for the community and we provide support to education, day care centres and NHS organisations to get students/patients to and from places of care. We needed a system that could manage this for us, reducing administrative time and increasing visibility and safety for our passengers.

We are currently in the mobilisation phase and have benefited from the dedicated project management, and personalised, in-depth user training. We are looking forward to rolling out our routes and utilising all elements of the system.”
